I DO combine shipping, therefore, the more you buy the more you save.
DOMESTIC ITEMS - All Items ship via Standard Shipping unless otherwise noted. Shipping & Handling charges include either Delivery Confirmation (DC) or Tracking Number. Depending on the item's price, insurance is automatically included in all items shipped via UPS Ground and for any item over $50 shipped via USPS.
INTERNATIONAL - All Items ship via USPS Mail. Insurance including in the shipping & handling charges.Import duties, taxes and charges (including but not limited to Duty and/or VAT fees) are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to looking/buying.These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
FAQ:We inspect each item prior to packaging/shipping to ensure your items arrive in the condition as listed. Domestic standard shipping is made via USPS Mail or UPS Ground. Any item over $50 has insurance included in the shipping costs.
What does the shipping fees cover? Shipping Materials, Packing Materials, Postage and the labor for inspecting, packing and shipping.Once we have received notification of cleared payment, your order(s) will be processed and said item(s) will then be dispatched as soon as possible. We notify you via e-mail. Our business days for shipping are Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. However, we often do ship outside those days to try to get your package to you as quickly as possible. When your item ships, we will notify you via e-mail which will include date shipped, method of shipment and the DC or UPS tracking number.
There is no guaranteed delivery date with the US Post Office, even with Express or Priority Mail it is an estimate delivery time frame and not guaranteed. If you need your item(s) by a specific date, you may want to upgrade your shipping to GUARANTEED overnight delivery via USPS Guaranteed Express Mail, FedEx or UPS (overnight delivery rates vary per zone.)

We warrant and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing.We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.We cannot guarantee the exact color of items listed as colors will vary from monitor to monitor. When available we will list the brand's official color; otherwise, standard color choices will apply (example: all shades of blue fall under the generic Blue color, all shades of red fall under the generic Red color, etc.).
Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.
While our standard policy is All Sales Final, we understand that there may be those instances where an issue with an item may occur. So please contact us upon receipt of the item (and prior to leaving feedback) so that we can discuss the matter. We take pride in offering a good customer service. In the event that a return is necessary/accepted, buyer will have the choice of store credit (for original purchase price) or a refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping and the standard restocking fee).
Yes we charge a restocking fee. Our standard restocking fee is 15% of the purchase price for returns on items with all tags attached. A return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt of item.
A 25% restocking fee can and will be charged for those items that are not returned in the same condition as shipped out to the buyer.
A return authorization code is required for any return accepted. A return authorization form will be e-mailed to the buyer. Buyer will have 2 days from date of the confirmation code to return the item(s) in it's original packaging, including all tags. The return confirmation page is required for accurate return processing.
Note: Returns that are received without the return confirmation form included will be processed for store credit only. All items approved for return must be done so within two (2) days of confirmation and must have all tags intact (once hang tags and/or Tel's Closet's tag strip has been removed, buyer owns product outright and will not receive a refund and item will be returned to buyer at buyer's cost).
