> Weight is 20.2 ounces

CONDITION: Piece is very old and fragile and has some chipped areas on the base. Colors are still evident, but have faded. Piece is dusty, and we will leave it to the buyer for any professional cleaning. The bottom of the figure has detached from the top of the base, and there are signs of old glue in that area. The figure rests fine upon the base without being re-glued, and we will not attempt to make any repair. The tip of the priest's shoe, which is included, has also come loose, and we re-positioned that with a small amount of gentle adhesive, just enough to hold it in place as the piece stands on the base. The left hand in the wrist area has a chip about 1/2 inch long where a portion of the priest's garment cuff at his inner wrist. For some reason, the priest's hands are reddish brown, a skin color much darker than the pale flesh tone of his face.
