Fujifilm Finepix S2500 Digital Camera
Part of Fujifilm's super zoom range
With its 18x ultra long zoom, this 12 megapixel camera is sure to produce impressive results with its array of features and HD output.
18x Zoom Optics with Wide Angle
The Fujifilm Finepix S2500HD has an extra long 18x zoom range which incorporates the 28mm (equivalent) wide angle focal length which is ideal for large groups, landscape and architecture. The long telephoto at the other end of the zoom range is capable of locating even small objects in the distance.
HD Movies and Images
The Finepix S2500HD records movies in 720p HD quality and can also display still images in Full HD (1080p) resolution. Simply connect an optional HDMI cable to the camera to be able to view your images on your HD TV.
12 Megapixel Stills
This detailed image resolution allows enlargements of up to poster size, still in excellent quality.
Double Anti-Blur
Uses two separate anti-blur technologies simultaneously to keep images free from blur and wobble, even at high zoom settings:
High ISO sensitivity (up to ISO 3200 at 3 megapixel resolution) to allow faster shutter speeds
CCD Shift Image Stabilisation
3.0” LCD Monitor and Electronic Viewfinder
Choose between the colour viewfinder or the large 3.0” LCD monitor which also has a thumbnail view feature.
Tracking AF
Tracks your subject and keeps it in focus as long as it remains in the frame, making sure you’re always ready to take your picture.
Instant Zoom and Zoom Bracketing
If you are tracking a fast moving subject at long zoom settings, it’s often easy to lose it from your field of view. With Instant Zoom Mode though you can follow your subject at a wider angle setting. Then at the moment you press the shutter just the central portion of the image will be recorded. Zoom Bracketing takes three simultaneous shots (one without zoom, one at 1.4x, and one at 2x), leaving you to decide which one you want to keep.
Automatic Scene Recognition (SR Auto)
The camera sets the most appropriate Focus, Exposure and White Balance using the following preset scene types: Portrait, Landscape, Night, Macro, Night Portrait, and Backlit Portrait.
Great Portraits
Has three leading technologies to get the best memories with people photos:
Smile Detection (Smile Mode)
Blink Detection (Warns you when a subject may have blinked)
Face Detection with Auto Redeye Removal
Choose Your Creative Control
As well as having 16 scene-based modes that you can select instead of SR Auto, you can also opt to use the more traditional Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority, Program and Manual modes (A/S/P/M). ... [full description] |
