It measures 21 & 3/8 in. long.
The widest part, by the end of the handle curve, flat area, is 3 & 3/8 in.
One side has a long, straight, raised strip, carved from block.
This is 16 in. long, 1/2 in. wide, 1/8 in. deep.
It flanges down at the handle.
The other side has several thin strips of leather nailed to it, in an arch shape.
The main block is 1 & 1/16 in. thick.
The other side has a channel, carved in
It is like the raised side, only, a a cutout slot.
The end of the handle has a 6 impressed in it.
The handle is nice & smooth & rounded.
It has what looks like a burn mark.
The wood is very hard, like maple.
It weighs over a pound.
It is from an estate.
I thought it would look great hanging on a wall.
