This unique Christmas card was sent by a man named Habib Rijjar, who signed it inside. Contains actual flowers from the Holy Land compressed into the paper inside, along with the beautiful illustration on front "Morning Prayer in the Desert." Comes with its mailing envelope from England, postmarked Dec. 15, 1938 (the card was passed on from the Middle East by Alice Coppe of London).
Excellent-mint condition, still bound together by its yellow ribbon. A rare holiday beauty.
