The first pair of glasses has round glass lenses with plastic covered metal rims. Lenses are 1 1/2" in diameter. One temple is broken and has been crudely repaired. The lenses have minor scratching and need a good cleaning. They are circa 1930. The second pair of spectacles have oval glass lenses with metal rims. The lenses measure 1 1/2" w. x 1 1/8" h. Both temples are missing. The lenses are in very good condition with no chips and only minor scratching. These are circa 1900. The leatherette covered hard case has a blue velvet lining. The case is in good condition with allover alligatoring and is marked "P. E. Gwin/ Sumiton, Ala." (#4895C_D-CC)
