A very old Hardanger embroidered linen tablecloth worked with green, taupe and golden yellow embroidery thread. The embroidered motifs are connected in true 1920s style by threadwork accented with taupe thread as is the hem. The hem is intact but some of the accent thread in the design have vanished. The tablecloth is linen and without holes or stains.
It is 34 inches square and a remarkable display tablecloth. Please note that in the center of the pic of the whole cloth, the black spot is the umbrella hole on my patio table. Note that the colors in the first picture are deeper than reality. The other pics are accurate.
