Original British Railways promotional brochure from late '40s or early '50s about travelling to Hampshire by train, including Isle of Wight lines. Cars on the street are from the '40s. Seven days pass is only 15 shillings. 3rd class ordinary return fares from London's Waterloo Station are included. Vintage pictures of Bournemouth, Durley Chine, Winchester, The New Forest, Godshill, Milford-on-Sea, Ride, Southsea, Sandown, Shanklin, Ventnor. Picture of vintage passenger boat to the Isle of Wight. Also fine illustrations, Hampshire map and the picture of the locomotive picture called Bournemouth Belle.
Printed in Great Britain by John Wright & Sons Ltd at the Stonebridge Press in Bristol, England. Reference No: AD6665/A60. Approximate size: 10.0 x 22.8 cm folded, 40.5 x 45.7 cm spread out.
