This is a very dense textbook put out by the American Institute of Banking in 1948. The subtitle of the volume is "How a Bank Works". The book is 568 pages, including the index, glossary, etc.
The pages inside are in very good shape, though discolored with age. The binding is slightly broken toward the back of the book, but no pages are loose. In the front of the book, there are some notes and doodles, which have been shown in the photos included with this listing. Included in the book are a couple of newspaper advertisements from the time. (Fun!)

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product
I'm always keeping my eye out for unusual items to include in my shop. I found this book on a shopping trip I took in Massachusetts last year. I wasn't shopping for vintage, but old books always catch my eye. Old textbooks are fascinating!
