This grinning cat is made of porcelain in Britain and bears the crest of Brighton England. Crestware was made in England from the late 19th century through the early years of the 20th century. This is quite an old piece. It is unsigned but marked British manufacture and has 2 red slashes.
Condition is quite good. The gold on the ears is mostly gone and the very tip of one ear has chipped off. This has been sanded down and I'm only guessing that it is actually broken. It is 4 inches high.
