This is a basic HR (Human Resources) database tool, intended for small business use to help manage and track your employee / personnel records. Store employee details, log training done, job history and more. I will send the database electronically via email. The database is developed in MS Access and the main features are:
o Easy to store your employee details including their next of kin details;
o Keep a history of training completed and the next due dates to see when training is due;
o Link important employee documents to their record, for example you can link to their CV to their record;
o Add reminders;
o Store the internal job history of employees;
o Log holidays taken, any sick leave and absence records on the absence calendar;
o You can also link to and display a picture of each employee;
o Print or export reports;
o Free email support provided where possible and we can usually do further customisation for a reasonable fee.
Note, some features may not work if using Access runtime. Please message me if you would like more info.
