NEW This expertly crafted Lady's medium brown wrist watch strap is made of smooth genuine leather. It has a light tan underside with light tan stitching. On the underside of the band it is stamped with the Pulsar Brand- B 13. It also has the brand name Pulsar stamped on the gold tone buckle. There is a slight taper to the larger end where it attaches to the watch. We do not supply the spring that attaches the band to the watch. We have fancy gift boxes and gift wrapping available for an extra fee-please ask about it. You might also ask about shipping directly to the gift recipient. PAYMENT INFO: PAY PAL IS OUR PREFERRED CHOICE. We accept checks, money order, Bid Pay and payments from paypal.com. No COD accepted. Items will be held for at least 15 days after receipt for personal checks until check clears our bank. Paypal.com is a good way of sending money without the tiresome process of writing a check and having to mail it. Visa, Master, Discover, Amex cards and e-checks can also be used in a Pay pal account. All payments must be made within 7 days of the close of the first transaction. We will be happy to send an invoice through Pay Pal or email upon request.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Shipping is $2.00 flat rate through USPS in a padded envelope for jewelry items. Yes we combine shipping for auctions and store items ending within 5 days of each other for additional $.50 per item for shipping and handling fee. Insurance is required. If it is a large order, we will ship priority mail with the $8.10 no weight limit box and expect you will need to insure it. Take advantage of this low cost rate and bid on as many items as you want. You may also wait for auctions to end and then wait to combine everything into one payment-let us know when you are finished buying and we will send you an invoice. Let us know when you are bidding on other items and when you are finished bidding. Gift boxes and wrapping and gift cards are available per request and extra fees may result. An insurance fee for up to $50 is $1.35 is required. We are not responsible for lost items once it leaves our hands. We will help with the insurance recovery. If item(s) total more than $50 and additional insurance fee will be required so please contact us for the total. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All items will be shipped and on their way to you within 7 business days of processing of payment. We will do our best to make sure every order gets out in a timely manner. Please note for some transactions, shipping to AK and HI is an additional charge. No additional fees for our USA military personnel with military addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: Our auctions and store are open to US customers. We often ship to Canada and some other International countries with the understanding and agreement to our international rules and policies. Please e-mail us for our International Customer policy prior to bidding. We do not ship to Nigeria.

NON PAYING BIDDERS/PURCHASERS: We will report all non paying bidders to authorities and give their accounts to a Law firm for collection with in 4 weeks of end date. Bidding or purchasing from our store and auction is a binding contract; please do not bid or commit to purchase if you do not intend to honor your bid or purchase. Bad feedback will be just one of the results. Not honoring a bid could lead to suspension and it can also ruin your credit report.
REFUND POLICY: We appreciate your business and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee we will send you the item that we describe. We offer a 7 day return policy to all of our customers who make payment by their due date (7 days from the close of auction). We will attempt to fix the situation by either getting you the correct item or by processing a refund. Item(s) has to be in its original condition, not worn or altered. Item should be in our hands by the 7th day after you get it. We do not offer refunds for shipping damage. The refund will be rendered once the item(s) have been sent back to us (upon our receiving) and the exchange will be rendered once the relevant evidence has been provided (photos, etc.). If we have another identical item in stock it will be substituted without giving refund and we pay shipping back to you. We will not reimburse your shipping costs. We will not accept returns for size problems or clarity of real gemstone issues if described in ad correctly. Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated; we reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer. International purchases are non returnable.
