Antique chromolithograph color plate that is of a man walking down a rural road on his way to go fishing. Great serene scenic views of autumn just changing its leaves.
TITLED: INDIAN SUMMER. SIGNED by the artist: BRUCE CRANE. At the bottom is reads: "INDIAN SUMMER" Copyright 1894, Montague Marks. Paper is a heavier thicker paper stock. The artist has done a wonderful job with his coloring and textures. Measures a nice large 13" W x 9-3/4" H.
CONDITION OF PRINT: Considering it's 112 years of age, has held up rather well. Overall, it really is in GREAT condition. There are some minor edge tears at the bottom edge. The largest is near the artist's name. As shown in our photos. The right antique wood frame and matting would certainly bring out this great manly picture.
