These are really a sweet pair of earrings, definitely vintage and from an estate. They are made by the Reis Company which started in 1919; the company merged with another in later years so these should date from a much earlier time. They are marked with the logo CRCo and 1/20 12K Gold Filled.
They measure just about an inch in diameter and are designed like dainty flowers, the centers of two aqua, 2 blue, and 2 pink chaton prongset rhinesones. (In one of the earrings the center pink stone looks a bit more lavender.)
The five graceful petals are done in a "cutout" style with plenty of depth and movement each one...not a flat look at all. The gold finish is in very good condition, just a bit of polishing with a soft cloth and they were ready to have their picture made!.
These sweet earrings come from an era when jewelry design was considered works of art...and these tiny treasures are a lovely vintage example of the masters' craft.
