Brookes Collected Poems are here arranged chronologically with the addition of a considerable body of early poems, these include his two longest poems, "The Pyramids" and "The Bastille" written as prize poems at Rugby school.
There are also collotype reproductions of two drawings of his head made from life by his friends Jaques and Gwen Raverat.
