MAC Iris Print - Colour Theory Eye Shadow - VHTF - RARE - Japanese Label
This "Hard to Find" shadow was released back in February 2002 from the Color Theory Collection.
As you can see, the number on the shadow is gone and eye shadow has been used about 3-4 times. As you can see from the picture the "Overlay" can still be seen around the edges.
There is also a nail nick in the shadow.
