The Coral Pea is a vigorous perennial climbing plant with dark green trifolate leaves and a masses of near neon bright orange-red pea flowers. This is a hardy climber often found in coastal regions in either sand dunes or coastal forest in its native habitat of Australia. Profuse flowers in spring and summer. It is a tough and adaptable plant that can be used either as a screen or as a ground cover and makes a fine and unusual showing as an eye catching container plant, where the growth can spill over the sides. Prefers a well drained soil, sun to light shade.
