T--This is a very nice vintage mini brass lighter clearly marked on the side with the letters M C and marked on the bottom, JAPAN. I don't have any information on this mark but this is certainly a vintage lighter. This sweet little piece measures about 1.25" wide x 1.25" high. It has a small tab on the side which would allow it to be attached to a chain or something. The flip top mechanism does work. I have no way of knowing if it lights but probably just needs fluid. See condition below>

CONDITION: Pre-owned - Vintage; a bit of corrosion on the brass on one side (close up makes it look worse than it does with the naked eye). Surface has had a tiny bit of polishing but it still retains a nice patina. A sweet little collectible piece to add to your vintage tobacciana collectibles.
