Item[s] are usually packed and shipped within 5 business days after receiving payment, using either UPS, FedX or USPS. Insurance may or may not be offered.

Should your item be damaged in transit please contact me at jross02@stny.rr.com
In the unlikely event that a return [for non damaged items] is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping items back.
