A rare, tall and stately beauty. Cardiocrinum giganteum, the giant Himalayan lily, is the largest species of any of the lily plants, growing up to 10' feet high. It is typically found in the Himalayas and China but can grow in many cool shady climates.
Large glossy, blue - green Hosta like foliage, large fragrant white and purplish red trumpet flowers in late spring, early summer. Interesting seed pods in fall and winter. Zone 6-9.
