One complimentary proof and revision is offered with your purchase. Proofs are sent within 2 business days and any delay in approval can delay the shipment of your product.

Items will take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive and cannot be rushed once processed.
Tracking number will be provided after the item has been shipped, usually within 5 working days.

NO REFUND OR RETURN POLICY
Since this is a customized item, it is only manufactured on the day when you place an order. As such, Items are Non-Returnable under any circumstances. However, we will replace the item if it is faulty or damaged.

I personally handle all issues promptly and generally to the satisfaction of the buyer. I go above and beyond resolving issues in many cases. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ASKING WHEN THE ITEM WILL ARRIVE. The seller should get at least a fair chance to learn about the buyer having a problem with the item received. No neg / neutral feedback should be allowed to be left without at least one time notifying the seller through EMAIL about the issue, so the seller can remedy the problem.
