This milk glass plate has an openwork edge with raised Forget-me-not flowers. Also referred to as lattice-edged, the plate is 7¼ inches in diameter. Made by the Westmoreland Glass Company before 1940. In very good vintage condition: there are five short hairline cracks on the latticework that do not go through to the back. These are either due to age or done at the factory during manufacture. Held to the light, you will see opalescence all around the openwork. (#4043-O)
