"Kiwami Togouchi" whiskey is the result of a unique blend of Japanese grain and malt whiskeys. In Japanese, "Kiwami" means "supreme".
Its exceptional know-how is inspired by traditional Scottish techniques.
Togouchi whiskeys are aged in a tunnel dug in 1970, which is located in the town of Togouchi. It is 361 meters long and offers perfect ripening conditions: the temperature is ideally maintained at 14 ° C and the hydrometry is constant at 80%. The spring water comes from the Sandankyo mountain range. She is very pure.
Very refined, “Kiwami Togouchi” whiskey reveals sweet flavors of nuts, hazelnuts, chocolate, honey and a touch of spicy elegance.
