10K gold-washed sterling bracelet
Made circa 1940,
Inside band stamped "AMERICAN QUEEN," "PITMAN AND KEELER" and "STERLING BASE."
Scroll decorated links alternate with smooth links
Approximate measurements:
• Band is 1/” wide
• 2” in diameter
• 6” circumference
• Stone 7/8” square
The original blue and gold box shows wear especially at the corners. Lettering is partially worn off.
Bracelet is in very good vintage condition. It does need cleaning/polishing. This is outside my area of expertise, so I will leave it to the buyer.
During WWII soldiers stationed in Europe and Asia sent these bracelets to their wives, moms, and sweethearts
