Very good cosmetic condition without noticeable scratch on the front and rear glass elements but does show very light internal dust that won't affect image quality. Lens housing shows some light scratches/scuffs.
Tested on Canon EOS 50D(see test image): Camera set on Auto, handheld, auto focus with built-in flash.
