Very good cosmetic condition with minor wear on the lens housing(some scuffs and few scratches on front rim). Both front and rear glass elements are clear and scratch-free. Very light dust inside that won't affect image quality. No haze or fog inside.
Tested on Canon EOS 50D. Focusing is fast and accurate.
