Vintage REALTONE SIX Transistor Radio with Leather Case Pre-1963 Blue White For Repair Parts

> Channel dial is round and has Civil Defence (CD) marks, dating the radio to pre-1963, c. 1950s or early 60s. CD marks are in the shape of small triangular marks that appear in transistor radios made up to 1963. These marks were meant, in the USA, to show the frequencies for the emergency tuning of the radios in case of a nuclear attack from the USSR.

CONDITION: As noted, radio only gives soft static, no music or speaking from any station. Radio appearance is good, with dust in the crevices. Radio backplate cover is missing. Leather case is in very good condition, intact with no damage or splits, but a few threads are coming loose at the lower front seam.
