This is a sweet Victorian lace collar. It is fashioned of cotton and is Machine made by Leavers mill inspired by English Bucks Bobbin Lace. It is in very good condition. Neckline measures 23". Center of collar is 2-1/4" wide.When you are purchasing vintage apparel, please take into consideration that even the best cared for items do have imperfections related to age.
