Condition is good with all pages in place, some scuffs on cover and stain on front cover most noticeable inside the page. Index included.
Second book is Uses and Preparation of Maine Sardines from 1952 from the Maine Sardine Industry. 31 pages in a NM soft cover book.
Both are well illustrated with both black and white and colored pictures.
