Daniel Hechter hanks of yarn polyester scarf large square excellent vintage ll3078

An unusual scarf from Daniel Hechter Paris. The design shows hanks of yarn in various dye colors with their group name and individual dye lot number. The background is cream with all different colors of yarn. Hem is machine rolled and stitched.

The scarf is 34 inches square. Condition is excellent except for 1 corner shown in a closeup photo. Looks like something spattered on it. I haven't tried to remove the spots but they are easy to conceal if you fold that corner under. 100% polyester.
