Nyugen E. Smith 1998 Signed Woman Nude Acrylic Painting Framed

Up for sale is an original signed painting of a woman lying nude on a bed / chair by Nyugen E. Smith. I am not sure if the painting is done with acrylic or water color? It has a very heavy brown wooden frame with grey metal accent, & glassed front. Overall in excellent condition and measures approx 29.5"x21.5". The actual painting without the frame is 26"x18".
