9th Printing, 1990. Hard cover, 5 ring binder. hard cover shows wear at corners, spine, Ding on top edge of front cover. some scuffs, tear at spine at back. End papers are discolored due to age, has ring indentations. Title page and table of contents have light water stain at top edge. Light water stains pgs. 409-432 (nutrition charts and index) at bottom of page. Last page - back end paper discolored, has stain. Pages are tanned, secure - none torn at rings. One page a little worn at bottom edge. Yellow divider tabs are tanned also.
