This is Butterick sewing pattern B4126 from 2004, for a pretty jacket and dress by David Warren that would be perfect for spring/summer. It is uncut in factory folds and includes the instructions. The envelope shows a little wear and tear.
The envelope contains sizes 18 through 22, measurements are bust 40 through 44, waist 32 through 37, and hips 42 through 46.
Misses'/Misses Petite Jacket and Dress: Unlined jacket has front collar (wrong side of fabric will show), midriff, loop and button closings, three-quarter length sleeve with flounce and purchased trim. Close-fitting, A-line, lined, pullover dress below mid-knee has shoulder straps.
