Overall condition is Very Good with minimal signs of use and no marking up of the pages.
Looks like it was folded lengthwise at one time so there is a light crease to the covers mostly to the top halves.
Staples go from front to back so there is a crease close to the spine. The back cover is a bit soiled with a small tear above the lower staple and also initials penned at the lower left margins.
All in all after more than 70 years it could be a lot worse!!
