This is a set of patterns for a Barbie or other 11 ½ “ (29 cm) fashion dolls to make full, ruffled petticoats suitable for ball gowns. These are from the Petticoat Collection designed by Lord Perry Enterprises. The patterns are printed full-size on 8 ½” x 11” paper.
The pattern is new. The envelope has some slight markings on one edge.
