Vintage 1983 misses' / women's McCall's sewing pattern, style number 8720 in size 8. Lovely, 80s style blouses by the Gap for McCall's can be dressed up or down.
Misses' shirts: Shirt A, B is pleated to front and back yokes, has neckband and collar, buttoned front bands, shirttail hemline and long sleeves with pleated cap gathered to buttoned cuffs. Topstitch trim. View A (two contrasts) has bias patch pockets with buttoned flaps and buttoned sleeve tabs (wrong side of fabric will show when sleeves are rolled up). Buttoned shirt C, D have self-lined yoke with forward shoulder seams, front and back gathers, neckband and collar and waistline tucks; long sleeves have turned-up, buttoned cuffs. C has detachable, buttoned jabot and contrast collar and neckband.
The pattern envelope may show wear and tear from age or storage, or have writing or markings which do not affect the pattern tissue. The pattern tissue and instructions inside are complete and uncut. Copyright dated 1983.
