Watercolor Paint Pots are kind of a multi-purpose product. They are nice cream type base that can be used as a cream eye shadow, also works well as a base for other shadows as well as making a pretty good eye liner.
Watercolor's have a soft creamy consistency; they are not water proof but once set they are pretty smudge proof. They have almost a cream to powder effect.
Starry Night is a black pearl and makes a great base for your duo-chrome shades like the new Rainbow Brite colors.
Simply apply your regular primer then use a stiff bristled brush and apply a thick line along the lash line and blend out.
Water Color are packaged in a 3g jar.
Ingredients: Distilled Water, Emulsifying Wax, Glycerin Potassium Sorbate and Polyaminopropyl Biguanide. May Also contains Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide and Tin Oxide.
