Handmade pink linen tablecloth applique embroidery vintage hc1772

A handmade linen tablecloth in a soft peach color embroidered and appliqued in pure white in each corner. The hem is hand rolled and sewn. The linen is fine, similar to hanky linen. It is clean and without holes. This is quite vintage and the applique needs a couple of stitches for security. A great project for the person who enjoys needlework but doesn't have the time to start from scratch.

The photo shows only one quarter of the tablecloth. The applique is the same in each corner. It is 34 inches square. Despite the photo, the color of the linen is more peach, less pink.
