PATTERNS AND INSTRUCTIONS are in excellent condition. The envelope to this pattern is torn through the crease of the right side from top to bottom and partially through the left side crease..

Please view the photo carefully, ENVELOPES for Cabbage Patch Patterns are sometimes not in the best condition, ie., tears, stains, tape, stampings, etc. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact seller.
