Really cute little tunic top or dress - depending on how this fits. I wear a womens 12 and this is a perfect tunic length top on me, it loos really cute over a pair of white or denim capris with heels. I'm 5'8", so I can't really pull this off as a dress, although someone shorter very well could. It's marked a size large, but this is a junior size - and is more like a womens size medium. The top is elasticized and you adjust the thin shoulder straps to make this fit exactly right for your figure.
