These zip up andbutton up like regular shorts, but thenhave a panel that buttons on the side to make the front look like askirt, while the back looks like regular shorts. I'm 5'8" and these havea long enough inseam that you don't show your underwear when you swing the golf club or bend over! They're a great neutral and will go with just about everything! I'm not golfing anymore, so I do have another very nice pair of Arrow golf shorts and will be listing a couple of pairs of shoes and some sleeveless shirts as well.
