Directions:
For fibrositis, neuralgia and similar conditions, pains and aches, rheumatic pain, sprains, bruises, cramps, stiff muscles, apply Balm liberally on affected part, rub smoothly and massage with some pressure to allow its deep, penetrating action bring relief.
To relieve cough in chronic bronchitis & symptomic relief of common cold, symptoms of bronchitis and sinusitis, dispense some balm into hot water and inhale balm from the steam. Thereafter apply balm to the back and chest and rub smoothly.
For headache, giddiness, apply balm on temple, chest and back and rub smoothly.
