An absolutely fabulous casually elegant cocktail frock from designer Ted Baker, in a soothing yet eyecatching shade of powder / periwinkle blue ... I love the extremely oversized pleated bow in front (hey, you're a gift to the party, right?) and the shirred elastic band back that ensures a perfect fit!
