Condition:
Most of our controls are like new out of the package. A few have slight wear from changing dead batteries. But none were used in a working environment very long if at all. The original packaging is NOT ALWAYS included.

We accept returns 14 days after you receive the item. YOU are responsible for postage sending it back. An 100% refund will be issued for defective controls, but if you order a remote not compatible with your system, you'll get a refund minus the cost of shipping and any nonrefundable fees. We also give the opportunity to do an exchange depending if the correct model is in stock.
