Pirate CAPTAIN HOOK Child Costume Custom Made Red Coat Hand Embroidered Gold Trim with burgundy briches and pirate shoe buckles
This is a reproduction of GORGEOUS COSTUME THAT CAPTAIN HOOK wears in the animated Disney Film Peter Pan. I have done my best to watch the movie as close as possible to replicate my own pattern, to get the exact design features. A lot of fine tuninig went into this costume, to get just the right fit, like the one in the movie.
THE COAT
Is made of a red cotton denim canvas fabric. It had a gold trim down the center front. With a clasp closure at the very center. This is a typical close waist fitted coat from that era. Oh and these gorgeous cuffs are have hand sewn gold trim just like the Spanish Style ones you see the soldiers wear. They are also adorned with gold buttons and gold chains.
THE Breeches
The pants are made of a maroon 100% cotton fabric. Right above the calf they lay with cut little pink bows just like the ones that Captain Hook wears. Yes Captain Hook does wear pink bows believe it or not.
THE COLLAR
The collar is actually a seperate piece that can be added to the coat. Or you can purchase the pink purple blouse seperately to go with it. And the collar can be attatched to the blouse. I went over board on this costume so I actually designed a Pirate Blouse like the one Captain Hook wears. The blouse is not included in the listing.
THE SOCKS
You will get purple stockings that go up right above the calf.
THE HAT
Oh yes the hat. This is a wide brimmed hat with wire running through it. Made of a burgundy velvet. This was a very difficult hat to make.
This outfit is serged at all seams, following a single stitch at all seams. You can be assured that you will get professionally well made costume from me.
