This comes from arabica coffee plantations owned by the people who are located in the highlands of East Java Kayumas Situbondo which is the foothills of Ijen. In the traditional process with due regard to hygiene and food sanitation as evidenced by a certificate of Certified Hygiene Sanitation Number: 440/1025/431.201.3.2/2011 and Certificate Report of Cup Testing from Coffee and Cocoa Research Center Indonesia.
Background Information
Geographically located at the eastern end Situbondo northern island of Java with an annual temperature of 24.7 to 27.9 Celsius, the physical area extending from west to east along the coast of Madura Strait approximately 150Km with an average width of 11km.

First Method :
Using espresso machine
Best if prepare ground coffee match with espresso machine settings.
For the best result, use 10 grams / 150 ml.
Second Method : Built-in hot water (toebroek-Ina)
Best if prepare ground coffee as soft as powder and then prepare the hot water, until boiled.
Leave the boiled water for 5 seconds while you wait, prepare the 10 grams luwak coffee powder in your 150 ml cup.
Pour and stir your coffee about 30 - 40 seconds.
Watch the cream swell and enjoy it from the first part of your lips !
Much better if you use the second method than the first one, because the flavor & the taste in much more like an art in your sense !
If you want to add sugar, it would be great to use or add palm sugar!
Coz cane sugar, can rude your luwak taste and palm sugar had less sweetness and increase original taste of your luwak coffee.
Please don't use sweetener more than 3 tsp.
