1982 Simplicity 5491 Gunne Sax Vintage Sewing Pattern. Flared skirt has back zipper, buttoned waistband, pockets in side seams and self ruffle flounce. Short, fitted jacket of self quilted or pre-quilted fabric, has princess seaming, long set-in pleated sleeves with stand-up collar, yoke and binding of contrast fabric. Fitted blouse has button front band, stand-up collar, front princess seaming, tucks and long set-in sleeves gathered to armhole and to buttoned cuffs. All have lace and ribbon trims.
