1960's Simplicity 4859 Vintage Sewing Pattern. Slim skirt has zipper closing on left side and kick pleat at lower edge of center back seam. Jacket is lined, has set-in sleeves, and top-stitching trim which is optional. V.1 jacket has round collar and 3/4 length sleeves. V.2 is collarless, has 3/4 length sleeves, and self fabric belt. V.3 jacket is collarless, has short sleeves and optional braid trim.
