This wonderful stretch plastic bracelet dates back to the late 1940s or early 50s. It is made of alternating arcs of black, gray and white plastic. They are strung on two strands of strong elastic thread.
This bracelet is larger than the average bangle and is 8 inches at rest. It will easily stretch to fit over a heavier or larger hand. On the average 6-7 inch wrist this will fit loosely like a fixed bangle. The condition is as new. This is a book piece featured in Collecting Plastic Jewelry by Lindenberger and Rosenthal, 1996 edition.
