The P&P will include the cost of the stamp, the cost of the packaging, and the time it takes to select your item, pack it and post it.Combined P&P: P&P can be combined on all items. At the very least, a £0.05 discount can be given and at the most, the P&P for additional items may be free. P&P will only be combined if you wait for an invoice before paying, P&P refunds will normally not be given once you have paid.Packaging: recycling by reusing is the most environmentally friendly form of recycling: packaging will be reused whenever possible. This will not affect the P&P cost because hacking used packaging takes more time than using new packaging.Plant labels: plant labels can be added for a fee of £0.10 per species, request invoice before paying.Collection: you are welcome to collect your purchases in person at a pre-arranged time within five working days of the purchase. If you collect your purchases, you will not have to pay any P&P costs.Customs and import duty: we do not post all items to all countries. You can check whether postage is available to your country under the "Postage and payments" tab for each listing. If postage is not available, we may be able to post the item to your country if you contact us first. The buyer is responsible for all customs and import duties. Information on the customs declaration form will not be falsified.Insurance: packages worth over £46.00 will always require signature on delivery within UK. Insurance for packages sent elsewhere in the world varies.DispatchWorking days: we consider Monday to Friday to be working days. Weekends and public holidays are not working days.Dispatch time: delivery estimates are detailed in each individual listing, these include the dispatch time and the delivery time.Dry goods: dry goods that are paid for before 15:00 are usually dispatched on the same day.Perishable goods: plants and perishable foods are normally dispatched only on Monday through Thursday because they will perish if they become stuck in the post over the weekend.Plants to Europe: it is best to post live plants within Europe on Mondays as delivery usually takes 2-5 days, but because we cannot specify different postage times for different destinations, they will be posted within the pre-specified time unless you specifically request that they are sent on the Monday following the order.PaymentIf we do not receive payment, nor any contact from you, within four days of the purchase, an unpaid item case will be opened so that we can recoup the selling fees.FeedbackDry goods: feedback for dry goods is usually left at first opportunity after payment, it is very appreciated if the buyer reciprocates once they have received the item.Perishable goods: feedback for perishable goods will normally be left only after the buyer has left feedback because these can become damaged through no fault of our own, for example if they are delayed in the post, in which case we will do our best to rectify the situation.ReturnsThe cost of P&P for returns will be covered by the buyer.Dry goods: returns are accepted on all non-perishable goods under distance trading regulations.Perishable goods: returns are not accepted on any perishable goods, such as plants, frozen foods and live foods.
